In this talk, renowned Tibetan physician Dr. Nida Chenagtsang — lineage holder of the Yuthok Nyinthig spiritual tradition and international reference in Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan Medicine) — shares the foundations of this ancient healing science.
From a perspective that integrates body, mind, and spirit, Dr. Nida presents the principles for cultivating health, longevity, and true happiness, applying traditional wisdom to the contemporary context. A unique opportunity to meet one of the great masters of this living tradition.
