Le CEBB ou Centre d\u2019\u00c9tudes Bouddhistes Bodhisattva est une organisation bouddhiste br\u00e9silienne ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00e9tude et la pratique du bouddhisme. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le Lama Padma Samten, physicien et professeur bouddhiste br\u00e9silien, disciple de Chagdud Tulku Rinpoch\u00e9, un ma\u00eetre de la tradition bouddhiste tib\u00e9taine Nyingma.<\/p>

L\u2019approche du CEBB combine les enseignements traditionnels bouddhistes avec une perspective moderne, les rendant accessibles \u00e0 un public contemporain. Voici un bref aper\u00e7u du fonctionnement du CEBB :<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Des Enseignements et Pratiques : le CEBB offre divers enseignements, pratiques et s\u00e9ances de m\u00e9ditation bas\u00e9s sur le bouddhisme tib\u00e9tain. Ceux-ci comprennent des enseignements fondamentaux sur la pleine conscience, la compassion et la nature de l\u2019esprit, ainsi que des pratiques plus avanc\u00e9es pour les praticiens exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Des Centres et Groupes : l\u2019organisation consiste en plusieurs centres et groupes d\u2019\u00e9tude \u00e0 travers le Br\u00e9sil. Ces derniers mettent \u00e0 disposition enseignement,\u00a0 m\u00e9ditation et activit\u00e9s communautaires. Ils sont ouverts \u00e0 toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par le bouddhisme ou souhaitant s’engager dans la pratique bouddhiste.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  3. La Communaut\u00e9 et l\u2019Engagement : au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une pratique individuelle, le CEBB a pour vocation de construire une communaut\u00e9.       Le ma\u00eetre bouddhiste Lama Padma Samten a aid\u00e9 d\u2019innombrables personnes dans leur vie quotidienne et leurs relations avec des enseignements issus des domaines les plus divers de la connaissance.<\/p>


      Physicien, titulaire d\u2019une licence et d\u2019un master de l’Universit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Alfredo Aveline a travaill\u00e9 comme professeur de physique et chercheur de 1969 \u00e0 1994. Au cours de cette p\u00e9riode, il s\u2019est consacr\u00e9 en particulier \u00e0 l\u2019examen de la physique quantique, une th\u00e9orie dans laquelle il a trouv\u00e9 une affinit\u00e9 avec la pens\u00e9e bouddhiste.
      Au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1980, il approfondit son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le bouddhisme pour fonder en 1986 le Centre d\u2019\u00c9tudes Bouddhistes Bodhisattva (CEBB).       Making classes more dynamic, in an active and interdisciplinary learning environment, and also promoting awareness of environmental responsibility, sustainability, healthy eating and cooperativism are objectives of the extension project Hortas Escolares Agroecol\u00f3gicas, of the Campus Viam\u00e3o do Instituto Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS).<\/p>

      Escola Caminho do Meio offers an education centered on familiarization with the internal world and on the development of technologies of the self.       Great meditation teachers from various lineages, places and generations have searched inside their hearts and minds for the secret of happiness and how to overcome obstacles. It became clear that it is vital for us to understand our worldviews, mindsets, emotions and energy, as these are the main elements that drive our actions. If our actions are positive, they generate happiness, and if they are negative, they generate suffering. This happiness and suffering impacts the people around us, the whole of humanity and the all-encompassing nature.\n\nRelationships and networks are a universal theme that touches everyone. I try to bring some important reflective points here so that the way we manifest ourselves\u2014either through our relationship with ourselves, with others, with society and with nature\u2014becomes positive and brings stability to all.

      \n\nWe have a very meaningful human life; and it is essential to be able to acknowledge our fragility, rareness and preciousness. Reducing conflicts and improving relationships will provide better opportunities to enjoy our lives in a more positive way.\n\nThe purpose of this short book is to help each and every one of us in having a chance to live a full, bright and profound life. I describe our common difficulties, a view of the imprisoned mindset and energies, and also the possibility of a \u201clotus birth,\u201d which could be the apex of our lives and of society as a whole.\n

      \nI introduced the idea of the book at the end of 2005, during the 72 Hours of Peace event that took place at the Caminho do Meio Institute in Viam\u00e3o, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. A year later, the first draft of the book was created. At the time, we chose to keep the oral style of the event in the written version, while also including the Q&A session from the event at the end of the book.\n\nIn this current edition, I have made some small revisions and added a new chapter. Reviewing was done by Rafaela Valen\u00e7a, Stela Santin, Bruno L\u2019Astorina and Sofia Aveline. Editorial graphic design was carried out by Guilherme Erhardt.
