Lifestyle and Well-Being Advice

Lifestyle and Well-Being Advice
with Lama Samten and Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo
March 28 (Saturday), at 11:15 AM, at CEBB Sukhavati and online
In-person and online activity

Nesta conversa, a Dra.

Although Tibetan Medicine offers personalized recommendations according to each person’s condition, there are also general guidelines that can help maintain good digestion, improve the quality of sleep, and bring more calm and balance to everyday life. Caring for these simple aspects of daily living can strengthen our health, increase our well-being, and contribute to a longer and more harmonious life.

It is with joy that we invite everyone to this conversation, which will take place in person at CEBB Sukhavati and online via Zoom and YouTube on March 28 (Saturday), at 11:15 AM BRT. Our host, Lama Padma Samten, will welcome Dr. Phuntsog Wangmo (joining online), who will share her deep wisdom about a healthy lifestyle according to Tibetan Medicine.

Phuntsog.
