Quando olhamos para o sofrimento dos seres à nossa volta — sintomas de depressão, burnout, insônia, ansiedade, pânico — surge naturalmente em nós o desejo genuíno de ajudar. É com essa motivação amorosa que teremos a alegria de receber o Lama Padma Samten pela primeira vez em Campina Grande do Sul, trazendo o conhecimento milenar da meditação como um caminho de equilíbrio, clareza e compaixão.
No dia 25 de abril, às 19h30, ele estará conosco para a palestra de abertura “A Meditação como Caminho de Transformação”, que marcará a inauguração das práticas no espaço Sana – yoga e terapias, onde teremos a oportunidade de estar como Sala CEBB Campina Grande.

The six paramitas - generosity, morality, peace, constant energy, concentration and wisdom - inspire the practice and are the generative and sustaining basis of the CEBB Sangha's centers for study, meditation, hospitality and initiatives for education, environmental protection, Pure Lands and the Culture of Peace.
